I wouldn't worry about it. Here in Vietnam, the currency unit is the dong and I have friends with names like Phuc and Dung (pronounced "yoong"). I never noticed the implications of this until some people came here to visit and couldn't stop laughing. It doesn't bother me and I don't like dirty language.
