Funny you should say that. My aunt is finally coming to grips with her age, being by definition among the oldest of baby boomers (birthday in 1946). She used to teach before and just after marrying my uncle, until she had my two cousins, who, of course, are now grown with their own careers. She commented abruptly that none of her colleagues were with the school system anymore -- all retired or dead.
