I like my Dickel on the rocks. Something that makes most Nebraskans throw up--- and even gag just watching me drink. Very humorous.
Being from "da hills"/Semi-deliverance, I've gotten quite the taste for any homemade whiskey (almost impossible to find these days), moonshine, and watermelon wine.
A lot of whiskey makers seem to add a lot of sulfides to their whiskeys. Not sure why? Maybe someone could answer that for me? It does a number to me. I thought that sulfide addition was mainly a wine thing because of the sugar content?
