You think you got trouble, there are two great danes across the street who can jump high enough so we can see their head and shoulders up over a six foot fence. One day one or both of them is going to get out again and blood will flow. A neighbor half a block away has a large pit bull that never gets exercised or stimulated and that dog is crazy.

Finding a sucker to walk beside you (once word gets around) could be a problem ...

Just make sure you leave the barrel at least 16 inches long so it stays street legal.
