Nope, I passed those little disgusting suckers by, too.
I do remember nearly being force-fed calf fries by one of the guys I worked with, who had grown up on a farm down towards Poteet. He failed. But he succeeded in getting one of our new engineers to eat tripas tacos, who extolled their virtues until he saw the rest of us laughing. I changed several colors--first green and then red--when we told him what it was he was eating.
