I like melting peanut butter (smooth, please) and pouring it over ice cream.

I'm glad to see someone has brought this important topic up, Wade. I didn't know there was any other kind of peanut butter except for Peter Pan Crunchy. I almost starved to death during the time it was off the shelves. It seemed like an eternity.

A better question is: The processed stuff, or the real stuff you have to stir to get the oil blended back in. Even though the stirring is a chore, I like the real stuff.

Some of you purinsts may scoff, but they have some truly outstanding peanut butter. The Cinnamon Raisin in particular is my favorite....delicious. I have not yet been brave enough to try the spicy peanut butter, though (spicy ain't my thing...)

Nobody has said anything about mixing peanut butter and maple syrup. So I just did.

I prefer creamy and I think most Vietnamese like creamy peanut butter, too. Sometimes the supermarkets are all out of creamy peanut butter and I have to wait for days before they get more!
