It depends on the carrier, but, Verizon has the PN-820 Smartphone which runs the Windows Mobile OS and is a decent device. I'm no MS fan - I work for a Linux OS company - but the ability to synchronize with MS Outlook (which has a pretty good calendar and contact mgmt) appeals to a LOT of people. And it's a flip phone.

Skip the Q. Bleh. Also skip the 740 and 760. The VX6800 is better than both of those, smaller and lighter with a better keyboard. I like the Voyager, but it's a bit bulky for some people. Doesn't show the calender events on the main screen but it has a shortcut button to the calendar. If I was opposed to MS devices as a rule I would get the Voyager.

I didn't care for the feel of the keyboard, and I'm not a fan of phones that aren't easily expandable. I also knew someone who got that model and broke the multi-directional flip thing without hardly trying.

Treo makes good hardware but the Palm OS is quite dated at this point. Personally, I never cared for the small keyboard.

I have the VX6700 and love it. It's follow-on, the VX6800, just came out for Verizon. And it's easily hacked / tweaked to improve performance - actually, anything using Windows Mobile is very easily tweaked.

The iPhone will solve all of your problems.

The touch-screen is VERY easy to use, and the calendar is really awesome. It is actually fun to use.
