doc, chicken fried steak IS better in TX. im a big boy and we have CFS that I can't finish. but i will also agree, fish sounds mighty tasty at the moment.
I'd go for the ribs, personally, but I've found that the best way to find a great meal when you're on the road in a new place, just look for the restaurant with all the pickup trucks in the parking lot.
