I want to upload an MP3, but the site I want to upload to requires a sample rate set to one of the following: 11KHz, 22KHz, or 44.1KHz.
Can anyone help me change my MP3 format to one like that?

Hmmm ....I not sure if any of the freebie music editor programs like Audacity (
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ ) will let you do that but I know the program I bought will .It is Magix Audio Cleaning Lab (
http://www.magix.com/us/audio-cleaning-lab/detail/pr/ ) .

OK I have given up on changing the sample rate.
Does anyone know a good website such as photobucket where I can host my MP3 and send a link for people to play it?

Acid Planet :
http://www.acidplanet.com/default.asp?Cookie= . Although this is a bit of a pain because you have to post it first as a .wma then you can go back and post it as a mp3. Retarted .
Can you send the muisc file as an attacment to an email to your friend and avoid all of this ?

Actually I just uploaded the music onto a hosting site, and posted a link instead of directly uploading it.
It was a pain.. but I got it
Thanks for the help.
