Parks closed, beaches closed, summer cancelled ...

I'm trying to talk my wife into buying a large plot of land up north (northern Minnesota, for the non-MN folks), to allow us room for recreation, a "beach" on a lake to play in, and in general, some outdoor room away from everything else.

Not sure it will go over, but the potential seems extremely appealing right now. If even just to use as a private campground and playground. With a crapload of maintenance and work, but equal parts freedom.
