It, and a chunk more, are going on a Carribean cruise next year.

Half went into savings, the other half is extra play money.

The stimulus will go into my purchase of a Honda Fit... along with the trade-in or selling of my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which gets 16mpg.... (but hey, I bought it when gas was $1.30...)

Just got back yesterday from our family "stimulus" vacation to Yellowstone. Had a great time.

I will be buying a tank of gas, a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread. That should leave enough left over for a pack of gum. That ought to really stimulate the economy!

According to my SSN, I should receive my check in July...maybe. I tagged my vote for vacation, since I am going to Hawaii in November, but I am also going on a motorcycle trip in August, and will need to get some work done on the bike before I go.

It went straight to savings... along with a few other bucks that will be used to take a drive to the North-Atlantic Coast later this year.

A little bit into savings for holiday travel, a little mini-vacation with the wife in a couple of weeks, and a new laser printer for the computer so I can print all those grad school papers that I'll be writing beginning next fall

Both my tax refund and stimulus check went into putting 11 double pane, break-resistent, solar filtering, blah blah blah windows into the house. We are still about $700 short and paying that over time. The original windows were not only leaky and not very secure, but also held together by electrical tape in many places! (I guess they ran out of duct tape.)

I just had new accordion hurricane shutters installed on all window and door openings. Pretty expensive, but 'MySafeFloridaHome' and the fed's stimulus package will help.

I will not be receiving a Stimulus check because I can be claimed as a dependant on my parent's (mother's this year) tax return.

however, my mother will not be getting a 'child dependant' bonus to her check because I am over the age of 18

A flatscreen TV...yes, it's cliche, but I want it, I can afford it, and "the accountant" says yes. Do I need any other reason?

She's gonna love that.

My wife and I put it straight into our checking account to pay bills (rent, cell phones, power, Internet, etc.) - didn't get to spend a dime of it on anything unessential.

Pay off bills. Last credit card is done, and the vehicle is close.
Now to start on the student loans from 10yrs ago

Will never get a credit card again.
