Isn't Praxis a Bill Laswell project?

I took a couple of the Praxis II math tests about 2 years ago to get my teaching certificate in High School math. I also took the educational leadership test. I scored high enough to pass any State's requirements. They are relatively easy with a little preparation. Just make sure to look at the sample tests that they have and prepare for each of the topic areas to be included. I checked out some of the study guides from our library, but found them to be of limited use.
