I am taking a music theory course at my high school, and I have a paper due in 4 weeks concerning any piece written in the Renaissance period. The piece I am considering researching is The Danserye by Tielman Susato, because this is the only Renaissance piece I am familiar with. Does anyone know how or where I can a version of the score as it was written in 1551? I can only find modern arrangements of it online, and the score is not on IMSLP.
Thanks for your help.

Edit: Thanks to corbasse for correcting my spelling...

It is a collection of pieces rather than a piece. Sort of like the Terpsichore collection by Praetorius.

You can order the music books from

Look under recorder quartets.

Not the original 1500's model, but closer than most:

It helps googling the right spelling, especially in these cases... Danserye will get you further.
The Belgian company Alamire in Peer published a facsimile edition, but I don't know if it's still available. The specialized bookstore OMI still lists it:
http://www.omifacsimiles.com/" target="_blank" target="_blank" target="_blank.
The original title is: "Het deerde musyck boexken ( Alderhande danserye)"
which translates to something like "ye therde musick booklett (all kindes of danceries)"

Here's my collection of sites which provide facsimiles of some sort or other, some of them for free. If you're really lucky, maybe a library or museum digitized them already.
