Those instruments probably cost more than real ones.
I would feel odd for many reasons playing a mock - up instrument in that video.
I had to buy my second Ford (a minivan this time) due to low price. Again, I see why Ford is unable to compete with serious comptetitors.
That commercial seems so hi - falutin' for a cheap dink.

Just a reminder that this is a commercial for Ford of Europe and the European Ford Focus. That is one of the best selling cars in Europe and highly regarded. It is of higher quality than the US-specific Focus.

There is a company that actually makes headers and exhaust kits for the Focus. So it could be. I haven't listened closely enough to the sync to see if it lines up well.

I wonder if they have to take them in for a "tune" up every 5000 notes.....

And the American car companies are surprised that they aren't doing well over here. I'm sorry, but don't expect people to buy cars just because they're made over here, if they aren't reliable. Better Car+Better Warranty+Better Price=More People buying your cars.

I am not convinced those instruments are real or the ones played in the commercial but I am sure that there are Ford Focus cars around that can use a good chem clean.

Can't be. The quality difference between the ad and the "tour" video is too much, more than a difference in recording quality and venue. And, those "players" in the ad are waaaay too emotional. Nope, I don't buy it at all.
