I'm glad that this post had nothing to do with cake.

Then you'd really have to wonder how many fundamentalist types are going to argue against this because you're "just using the microorganisms to fart"...then again, that could be a job for tuba players in between playing gigs...i wonder what's cheaper...beans or gas...pun not intended...

Because our buddy Bob1062 isn't available to chime in about false tones.

Farts are of no value at all. The food intake that produces them is a considerable investment.
Now that I have attained geezerhood, I understand why "old fart" is a well deserved term. However farting for enjoyment is risky as one ages.
The adage, "Never pass up a bathroom. Never trust a fart" has never been more true.
May 2nd, we (John Reno and the Half-Fast Creekers) have a two hour concert at a beautiful venue by the river in Lake Charles Louisiana for "Contraband Days". The harmonica player (in his 50's) and I have agreed to wear Depends (adult diapers) to make sure we can go two hours nonstop - beer or no beer. We are recording a live DVD of this concert.
If you should see a blissful look on Kurt's or my face during the concert. you will know what is happening.
We pronounce it Guf Coast

the elephant wrote:So I read the linked article. I see that a certain organism can be "harnessed" to convert something that is useless into fuel cell fodder. And all I can think is, "Man, I'm going to be rich one day!"
And I thought I was alone in my thoughts!
