Fantasy Football time again (SWG's Yearly Challenge)

Several tubenetters joined up last year and took part in my Free Fantasy Football League. I would like to take a moment to thank you guys for playing last year and cordially invite you back!
Anyone else interested in joining, feel free to do so. This is NOT a traditional league. The league is 16 teams, has four divisions, has fractional and negative scoring, and a thin roster with no limit on trades.
