Lunch along I-80 in PA?

I'm driving from NYC to Detroit next week, and will probably be somewhere near western PA on I-80 around lunchtime. Any recommendations for some good, local grub?

Sakuntala in Bloomsburg is pretty good. It is surprisingly authentic Indian food for that part of the country.
Siamsa (spelling?) in Stroudsburg is standard irish pub fare.
Stone Bar Inn in Stroudsburg is top notch. This place is expensive and good. This is some of the best food in the poconos.
Unfortunately for you, your route has you avoiding Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Allentown, and Harrisburg. Pennsylvania is pretty much a food black hole, excluding those cities.

Yeah, I figured it'd be a little sparse out there. I'm from Baltimore, so I've been up that a way a few times before. Not a lot going on.
I guess there's always this place too (though I've already been, and did NOT try the 6 pound version...)

If you see a sign for a Sheetz station you'd be wise to stop there. Good food, great coffee, clean restrooms. I think there is one at the Clearfield exit and another somewhere in Jefferson Co.

Living in New York and having family in Michigan, and not liking flying, I have done I-80 a gazillion times over the last 20 years; You would do better to throw a cooler in the trunk with a nice lunch than to stop.

Having grown up in northwestern PA, I love it there. With the forests, fields and farms, it's far from desolate. Now, for a person driving through looking for a place to eat, well . . . you're probably SOL.
As far as "desolate" is concerned, consider that Bob Tucci, Alan Baer and Dan Perantoni are all from this neck of the woods . . .
*****EDIT****** Forgot that Jim Self is also from western PA.
