With Halloween a couple of days away I thought I'd check to see if anybody is a fan? Share your stories good or bad if you don't mind.
Me, I'm not a huge fan but I do enjoy it. I was asked to run the sound board for the local showing for the next three nights so I'm gearing up with my coffee to head out here in a bit to help set-up for the opening night midnight show tonight. Then I have to be to work at 8:00 tomorrow morning. Its gonna be a long day with both beginning band classes tomorrow.

I saw it in high school...it was the feature movie at a Movie night the band was holding, and we did all the extra "interactive" stuff. I think its a film I enjoy with a large group of people, and not so much by myself.

It's astounding. Time is fleeting. Madness takes its toll....
Yes, it's about time to do the "Time Warp" again!

I think my interest in the standard Saturday midnight showing of RHPS waned when I saw a (former) buddy of mine show up in line wearing a gold lamé bikini. Some things are just not meant to be.
Rick "oh, the horror!" Denney

And don't forget the sign at the beginning: "Denton: Home of happiness!".
Go NT (or whatever it's called nowadays...)

Susan Sarandon was a knock-out as a young woman. (OK, she still is....) Originally, the scenes with Rocky and Frank-N-Furter were, um, not going to be "veiled," but to keep the MPAA ratings....
And look closely -- Tim Curry also plays the priest that marries Brad & Janet.

I saw many a midnight show...sometimes even sober. Never dressed up or anything.

I've discovered that in order to remain inconspicuous at a midnight showing, you have to dress up pretty wildly. Otherwise you've got a low chance of being able to fly under the radar of those who want to drag you up on stage....

I'm beginning to understand this after last nights show. However, I go as me in my normal everyday clothes and they tend to leave me alone, of course that might have something to do with me sitting behind the sound board controlling the emcee's mic and the sound to the movie
Curious to see what tonight's Halloween show brings?

Yes, hiding behind a sound board is great protection anytime, and it's that much more helpful during RHPS!! You're too important to drag onstage!

haha... I sympathize with the sound guys, I've made far more money sitting behind a board than a tuba!! Hope the show went well tonight.
