Timpani Needs A Ride
I just bought a 32" timpani for my community band. It's in Plant City, Florida. I have tentatively arranged for the seller to keep it stored until I go to Tampa in April for a NAPBIRT (repairman's) Convention. I don't want to have it shipped commercially and it's too tall for Greyhound. If any of you folks are planning a trip from Florida to The North (Indiana) and are driving a mini-van or pickup.... I'll be glad to buy a tank or two of fuel if you'll take on a hitchhiker.
