What was possibly the worst weather you've driven in?
I will have to say, I was having to go back to Sioux City for school and drove through some pretty bad road conditions today...



I also have rolled my car onto the driver's side when I was making a trip up the same interstate in South Dakota...

If you're driving in the northern part of the states...BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!

I've spun off I-29 between Watertown and Brookings in a white out after hitting a patch of ice. Landed in the ditch after a spin of 270 degrees. Thankfully there were no signs in the way and we didn't roll.

Be careful!

luckly my rolling ended up with basically no damage.

Anytime it rains in Las Vegas driving is amazingly ridiculous. Don't get me started on when it snows.

Craziest I ever drove in: back when I lived in NY state, we were driving from somewhere back to Albany. There were some two lane back roads involved. We went through some kind of (toll?) booth, and the guy said "They say the road is like glass up ahead. Be careful." Well....we were tootling along reasonably conservatively, on an apparently dry road, and suddenly two cars directly ahead suddenly did 360s and went off the road. It was pure glare ice; black ice they call it. You coudn't see it was there because you could see the road right through it. I kept the car on the road but we slowed down to about ten mph. We descended a short hill into a small town, and could not get back out. No one could; many of us spent most of the night in the fire house.

Now I've driven in "worse" conditions, such as whiteouts, dust-outs (out West) and zero-visibility fog, but nothing quite so crazy as that.
