Is anyone else having trouble adding email addresses to the address book by 'clicking' on an address in the email header?

Hello Tuba Tinker,
Yes, when I have clicked on a new email address to add it to my address book - nothing happens. So I basically go the fool proof route; I right click on the address and then scroll down to where it says - copy email address - left click. I then go to my address book, new contact and go to the email address, right click and left click - copy
I guess we are going to have to wait for the next iteration of Fire Fox before we get the fix, and by then we will have gotten used to doing it this way. Oh the joys of software.

I posted on a Thunderbird 'help' forum. Why is it that the moderators of these help forums like to treat everyone like they just 'fell off the turnip truck'?

I Just made an interesting discovery. There's always a little to be 'learned' with each new release, I suppose. The 'add to address book' function is working just fine when I right-click on a highlighted email address anywhere in a message.
However... it does not work when right-clicking on an address in an email header. Was it always this way? Or is it just my imagination?
