Approximate value/worth of Holton Eb/F Horn

I was in the pawn shop today, looking around. I see, in a ratty old case a silver piston holton eb/f horn. The case was complete crap, but the horn was flawless. The valves look untouched. The finish is perfect. The horn has looks like it has never been touched. It even has a "inspected by" tag, that looks original to the horn, on the leadpipe.
My question is, what is this horn actually worth?
3 piston valves
silver
leadpipe says FHP
2nd valve has a "0", then next line Frank Holton Chicago, then next line 15666
it comes with 3 leadpipes, 2 main slides, two (in box) holton 1 and 2 mouthpieces that look original as well
Some bozo has put the valves in the wrong casings, so they are selling the horn as "doesn't work". No price listed, they asked me to come in and speak to the manager on monday.
What should I offer for the horn?
