Need help identifying a possible movie score cue

I was hoping your expert ears might be able to ID the music used in this video:

Is it from a film score, or perhaps some type of "source music" purveyor? I know this request may be a bit of a long shot, but I thought there might be some film score buffs around who'd know what it's from.
