That is completely absurd. Why doesn't SWAT break down the doors of those who waste billions of our tax dollars?!

Well this makes me love where I go to school.
I'm sure the Stockton police have better things to go after people for...off the top of my head crack houses, prostitution, a single person owning most of the town, meth labs, corrupt/braindead on campus cops, domestic abuse, and oh yea the big one...s**t getting stolen!
