I've been to Frank's place and this is certainly a good deal. It's in a respectable area. It's not easy to find tuba friendly places for this price in New York City area. An added bonus, (not only being close to The City) is all the nice tubas that live with Frank!

The Polish bakery and Deli are also major attractions.

Which reminds me, I should visit my Aunt the Nun.
