It's funny to think that none of the Chicago Symphony Low brass musicians (Jay Friedman, James Gilbertsen, Frank Crisafulli and Edward Kleinhammer, trombones, Arnold Jacobs, tuba) All had/have 40+ years at the CSO and aren't even close to being in the article you listed.

I'm sure the 40-50 year range has a too many people in there to list. Not like it's a huge club, but it's not totally unheard of. The conductor of one of my previous bands is in the Baltimore Symphony since 1963 or so (48 years).

Wasn't there a guy who played piano in the Marine band for over 60 years?
