Thank you Gifts

I've been looking up ideas for a Thank You gifts and my search has come up somewhat dry.
The problem is I want to stay away from a couple of things:
Flowers (allergy concerns)
Food items (again, allergy concerns) and
Personalized gifts (she is engaged and not sure if she will be taking a new name or not).
Anyone have any good ideas? This person has given me and my family a lot of help and would like to give her a special thank you gift.

Depends a bit on the person and on the situation, but gift cards or gift certificates are almost always appropriate as thank you's.
And if you're worried about "what store?", then get a Visa or American Express gift card (basically good as cash anywhere those cards are accepted). Especially if she's engaged and planning her wedding, a few extra bucks to spend however she wants is a great thing.

Who says a personalized gift has to include the last name. (
Anyways, It's much cheaper to only engrave the first name
)

I thought about that. She's my Pastor though, and I feel like it would be inappropriate to engrave a first name only.

Fair enough, I guess that also means the 6-pack out in not a possibility.
I think the restaurant gift card is a good idea. Otherwise, if you have some special skill (ie. woodworking, crafts, etc...) you could make something for her and put a nice quote and/or dedication on it...

You could give her a nice Marzan tuba!

I think, if you can't afford a G4, then an Aston Martin DB9 would be much appreciated.
