For folks who don't get to set their own hours, it is nice to have an extra hour of daylight, not separated by 8 hours in a windowless office building. Tasks like mowing a large yard can be done using only one day instead of two.

I like it. The golf course isn't open at 5am, but it is open at 9pm. :D
