Cool. Those are the tuba players from that Venezuelan brass group.
I played a long (about 6 pages in my very active bass trombone part) orchestral arrangement of La Cuacaracha years ago. The main theme was repeated throughout in different styles, including a long big band set with a lot of low range glissandi.

very nice. just added this to my spodify list.....and I can't stop listening to it. it just sounds like it would be a blast to be on the stage playing it.
