Mizzoula MT plates "TUBA"

My sister was driving back from Muskegeon MI to Indianapolis this last weekend and saw TUBA as a specialty Mizzoula plate (Montana?). Anyone here want to fess up?

I don't know if he has that license plate; but Ben Kirby (http://www.nrtef.org/page6/page6.html) is in Missoula.

My NY plate is TUBATANK. If you see a black Ford F 150 with those plates, that's me!!

Would that be the guy that sells "Ubatuba" granite? (I think it comes from Brazil)
EDIT: Found it, but his plate reads "UBA TUBA", not just "TUBA"
