"Greetings fellow repair technicians. As some of you may already know I have been hired as Andy Smith’s replacement as the Parts Manager at Conn-Selmer. I will be starting on August 13th of this year after 22 years of service in the Marine Corps, 10 of which has been in instrument repair. I have been authorized by my future boss to speak as a Conn-Selmer employee and ask my fellow techs about what you need from me when I get started. I have viewed past discussions in this forum about all of the great things Andy had started and he has sent me many of his plans.
