Seriously, I was given a Leatherman tool as a gift when they first came out (they're an Oregon product, after all). After years of carrying it around, it sits collecting dust on my dresser. I carry a pocketknife (actually a folding stocknife) now after having busted my knuckles with the Leatherman pliers and mangled screwheads with the screwdrivers. I find that carrying decent toolkits in my car and truck works out far better. If I need a screwdriver, or file or pliers, I'll go to the car and get the right tools for the job.
IMOHO, the Leatherman, like the Swiss Army knife before it is an interesting toy. You can use a food processor to mix concrete, but a cement mixer will do a much better job.

Joe, that's only good for fairly gross adjustments; you need a rather more specialized tool for the really fine work:
