I have been looking for a summary of the meanings of the different icons that are displayed to the left of threads some I can work out,one next to a sent pm in my sent folder has me stumped.
There is a triangle with an exclamation point in it below the normal circle with text.

The icons to the left of discussion threads tell you if a discussion thread has a new post since your last visit (you need to be logged in for this to work) and shows activity or popularity. See following image below.

I am no longer stumped the warning icon was in my sent folder because when I typed the subject line my big finger must of touched the warning icon in the row above.
