Anyone Recognize This Painting?

A friend on mine spotted this painting on a trip up the California coast. He figured the original would be out of his budget but I'm wondering if there might be less expensive prints available. Anyone seen it?

Bt-the-way... I emailed the gallery. A print of that painting (not the original) lists for $650! Yikes!

I like this artist. I also contacted the gallery and they also told me $650 for a framed giclee print with free shipping. This is a reasonable price for a giclee print that is framed.
