T'was the Night Before Christmas

Hi all!
Does anyone know if the T'TNBC concert band piece (band and narrator) arranged by Harold Walters is still available? I've narrated this piece for the past 15 years with the Atlantic Wind Symphony on LI (following the past narrator, the late great Howard Hovey) and now I am scheduled to perform (narrate) this piece with the Cedar Park Winds in Texas. However, we can't locate the arrangement any place. Help? Thanks!
