A friend is trying to help someone sell a brand new Amati AEM-241 Euphonium. Brand new in that it was never played, but it is several years old. Her son was going to use it to audition for the Marines, but never followed through, and never used it. I am going to attempt to download the only picture of it my friend sent me. Wish me luck!

I think you mean AEP-241, right?

Models of these non-compensating horns in yellow brass are sold new around $1250 at music123. I have never played this model horn, so I can't give you any advice about the selling points of it. The market is flooded with a bunch of budget model compensating euphoniums, like the Mack-EU1150 that have garnered a strong following, and those are going for about $1000 in silver finish. So, you may end up needing to sell this non-comp horn for significantly less than retail, even though it's practically brand new.

It may well be AEP, but my friend gave it as AEM.
