My first engineering boss back in 1971 had the nickname 'Shep'. I don't have a clue where the name came from but it sure pissed him off when someone in the back of the engineering room would whistle for him.

It's Schlep. My guess is that Schlepporello is from the Abduction of Figaro by PDQ Bach.

I also appreciate Schlep's work on TubeNet.

Yes... I fully understand that the OP left out a few letters and I was just playing along with the joke.

BTW... Wayne took that screen name because he schleps stuff from one place to another... aka... drives a truck.
