TYGENN MARCHING TUBAS help

Hi, I am in HS and is attempting to start a fundraiser to switch our convertibles to contra bugles. So far the cheapest Iv'e found for buying 8 tubas is roughly 20,000 - 30,000 with these TYGENN marching tubas. However everywhere I seem to look there isn't enough info on this brand or the tubas, I was wondering if anybody else did? And any tips for fundraising would be greatly appreciated thanks!
