Mouthpiece Naming Question

I found this trumpet mouthpiece in the back of my junk drawer in my office and had no clue what brand or model it was. There are no markings on it, that I have found. I don't know if it's worth anything, or care really, but I was curious if anyone knew anything about this piece.

Conn EZ-Tone. AFAIK they made this type of mouthpiece for every brass instrument. I've seen the tuba version. Here is a Mellophone EZ-tone on eBay at the moment:

I'm not saying that is isn't an EZ tone, but it is unlike the EZ tone tuba mouthpiece I had. The EZ tone has concentric steps, not concentric grooves.
