Victoza Ad - Drop Your Change in the Recording Bell

I just now saw a Victoza ad on TV. I only noticed it because I have family members on both sides that had to deal with type 2 diabetes. The subject of the ad was a jazz or dixieland combo on a street corner busking. But instead of a small horn case, what they had open to receive the change from passers-by was an open tuba case with a tuba with a recording bell, bell up, with the passers-by throwing their change in the bell. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
