Bernstein's Chichester Psalms. I get to sing in the chorus.

Might be deviating from prescribed criteria, but...
I'm a huge fan of Richard Wetz's 1st Symphony. Sure don't see his music performed much. Don't suppose anyone's gotten to hear any performances of his work?

Originally Bruckner's 4th symphony had no tuba part. The scherzo was also completely different, as well as the other movements being different in a lot of ways. Performances of the original edition are extremely rare. This video and the USSR Ministry of Culture recording are the only two I've heard. I like how the whole piece sounds "freer" to my ears, more joyful I think. It's one of my all time favorite pieces ever!

I really love a lot of the earlier Bruckner symphonic works (00-3). His motets are also gorgeous! Actually, I've listened to almost everything written by Bruckner. . .
Also, I really like Prokofiev 1. It's just fantastic!

Also, some tacet movements (if you count them) are really nice. Like, the pizzicato and adagio movements in Tchaikovsky 4 and the Adagietto from Mahler 5 come to mind. As I've grown older I've started to listen to more delicate music. I don't like to blast in large ensembles anymore. . .

Barber's Adagio for Strings. Nothing is better than hearing that piece live.
