Any of these going to end up on YouTuba like this one did? If so, they should be well worth hearing:

loads of Richard Webster settings yesterday.

In my view, R.W...
- views brass as "percussion with sustained pitch"
- over-harmonizes
- sometimes writes brass intro's that have little-if-nothing to do with the hymns they introduce

All of this having been said...
Mrs. bloke gave me a SOLID chocolate Easter bunny !!! :D

If you want to cover bass trombone parts on euphonium, want the sound to be as massive (and as loud) as a tuba (competes with a mighty pipe organ, and supplies a BIG BASS sound), do not want the pitch/tuning to be affected, you should consider an Elliott contrabass trombone mouthpiece. I had NO idea how well this would work, and didn't originally buy this mouthpiece to use with my euphonium  Throw your barituba (etc.) mouthpieces in the trash.

Arguably (though signature R.W.) this is one of his BETTER settings... At least (though uber-fanfarish), it isn't over-harmonized.
Organ Player 'tipped' us all --besides our check--for the weekend work with a chocolate Easter Bunny :D ...
