Possible Craigslist Scam

I saw this add for a Sousaphone on Craigslist: https://rochester.craigslist.org/msg/6058281849.html" target="_blank

Isn't this one of those Indian made Sousaphones that sell on E-bay for about $500.00? Maybe I'm wrong but it certainly doesn't look like a $2000.00 Sousaphone to me.

Yes perhaps scam wasn't the appropriate word to describe this, just a really outrageous price for this horn.
