I’m not a botanist, but I might stoop so low as to dig up some wild saplings out of someone’s yard, make up some crazy, “disease, drought resistant and saves the planet” BS, then sell it back to them. Maybe. Not for profit, just because...

I think you have oaks.
The 1st looks kind of like
Chestnut Oak.
The 2nd one, maybe
Swamp Chestnut Oak.
Clearly, the resemblance to chestnuts has been observed by others.

Good luck with the chestnuts, it would be something to see them come back.
