When I first moved here I had to get used to people referring to where they lived by subdivision. Not county, not township, but BY SUBDIVSION! And the other people KNEW WHERE THEY MEANT! My parent's grew up in a very small Wisconsin town (pop. 1,000). Once my grandmother took a few of us to the WI Dells park and there was a paragraph about it in the paper.

You can leave them, without penalty, at any hospital, police station, or occupied fire station.
Oh, sorry, that applies to abandones babies, not tubas. Quality instruments can be left on the doorstep of any Illinois tubist registered on TubeNet. The rest go to Indiana.
