Tchaik Competition

Hello everyone! I'm wondering if anyone has been able to find the arrangement of Tchaikovsky's "Andante Cantabile" that Fedor Shagov played in the Tchaikovsky Competition. The only information I can find is that it was arranged by M. Santos. Thanks!
