Not any more. I used to carry a Opinel with lockable blade every day, but these are now forbidden to carry in Denmark for about ten years. It will give you five days prison if discovered. Any foldable blade over 6,5 cm, or with lockable blade, or which can be opened one handed ( which almost every foldable can with some practice) are forbidden, if carried in public. So, it's not worth the risc.
