if you have a primary care provider, I advise making an appointment ASAP. As you observed, if it has gone on for a few days, it can degenerate and complicate. I recently waited too long, and my cough progressed to a sinus infection, with the drainage causing the cough having degenerated to bronchitis, necessitating a couple of prescriptions to clear the bacterial infection and sooth the hard hacking cough. Hopefully, I caught it long enough ago that I probably will be able to enjoy NYE. Good luck!

I've had that problem for almost 40 years. My doc always says "it's allergies", so three years ago I enrolled in a program at my clinic where I could give myself the allergy injections. Yes, I injected myself with what I was allergic to and was surprised I could do it, but they used infant pediatric needles. I finished the shots this summer after three years, but since starting I have not been sick once. Don't know if that helps you, but it sure did it for me. I would get bronchitis with a cough that would last 2-4 months at a time.

I just have an Anthrax Ripple from the Whizzo Assortment and it usually does the trick for me...

Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?
