From a 4-year old who is learning violin. These are almost verbatim.

1. A metronome tells you how slow you have to go.

2. I'm the director! Directors don't help!

How about wisdom from my 5 year old grandson. His dad and older brother go out on the driveway to play. There are kids playing together in the streets while their parents hangout chatting. The older grandson Noah, asks his dad why he and Ashton can’t play with the other kids. Ashton says, “they’re all going to die, Noah."

Curiosity, skepticism and resistance has been temporarily (??) suspended.

Just stay in line and do what you are told!!

Has anybody but me picked up (assuming this was a reference, and not the actual name of the child) on the significance of "Noah" in this post?

Some of them are down to injecting disinfectant and skin cancer.

I’m even skeptical about whether someone actually said or did what others accuse them of saying or doing.

Do you use Dial?? Don’t you wish everybody did??

I deleted that very off topic comment about the flu and don't know how it ended up in this thread, but since people commented on it, I read that 675k people died in the flu epidemic of ca 1917. Seems every once in a while something comes along that removes some of us weaker ones from the gene pool. I'm surprised I have not yet been one of them, but I didn't reproduce so maybe it doesn't matter.
I also wonder if susceptibility is like susceptibility to mold, which is genetic, and they haven't seen what the genetics are yet, just that some sail through and others go under, with many in the middle. With mold, it's an inability to make antibodies and a cytokine storm ensues due to astronomical levels of toxins. Since hearing that same term applied to the virus, I'm wondering if the same inability to produce antibodies might be in the mix.

I'll be honest, I didn't expect a quick story about my 4-year-old's music-related musings to go here.

This is the worst forum for staying on topic.

God bless your 4 y.o.!
