Celebrex? Isn't that one of the drugs that was killing people? I think maybe I'd rather have a little pain, myself.

Do buy into that MA. #1 all drugs are somwhat dangerous. The celebrex and viox cases were very thin. That kind of like reporting the people taking Zoloft are more prone to suicide. No kidding, are most depressed people prone to suicide?

Those taking the cox2 inhibitors were already in poor health, oftn from year of taking other pain killers. Ask any cancer patient about chemo. Talk about deadly drugs.

Now to Harold,
No, celebrex is not appropriate for cracked ribs. Why not ask for moriphine? Or heroine?

Sorry, don't have anything meaningful to add to this topic, but I couldn't resist sharing a recent story.

In Sunday School several months ago, a woman shared a LONG narrative about her husband's recent scrotum surgery, how it was affecting their lives, their marriage, etc. Her husband endured the entire narrative, then when she finished, said: "I just have one word to say: STERNUM!!!!!!"
